Todd Smith serves as FormWood’s Chief Executive Officer, leading the company’s strategic direction, long-term growth, and commitment to delivering differentiated architectural veneer materials. Since founding FormWood Industries in 1995, Todd has focused on building a company centered around serving customers, developing people, and continuously improving every day.
What Todd values most about FormWood is its commitment to quality, integrity, and steady growth. Under his leadership, the company has remained dedicated to its founding vision of providing quality veneer materials by people who care, while fostering a culture rooted in service, accountability, continuous improvement, and family values.
What I enjoy most about my work is creating jobs, products, and growth opportunities that improve the lives of both those who serve and those who are served.
