Controller

Matthew Wollmann serves as FormWood’s Controller, overseeing accounting processes, financial reporting, banking, HR, IT, insurance, and broader business operations. As a member of the senior leadership team, Matthew helps guide strategic direction, solve business challenges, and support the company’s long-term growth and stability.

Before joining FormWood in 2022, Matthew built his career across agriculture, military service, and small business manufacturing. He was drawn to FormWood because of its family-owned culture and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a company still small enough to value individual contributions. What he values most about FormWood is the people, the collaborative environment, and the ability to invest in employee development and long-term success.

The people I work with are a pleasure to work with and spend time with. We spend many hours together each week, and the team here is truly a blessing.

Favorite Local Restaurant: Richo’s Sports Time in New Albany.
Outside of Work: Matthew enjoys teaching and volunteering through his church, deer hunting, gardening, cooking, hiking, camping, raising animals, and spending time outdoors with family.
