Jeanette Hartley serves on FormWood’s Customer Service and Inside Sales team, where she supports customers and sales partners through quoting, order entry, pricing updates, and day-to-day communication. Since joining FormWood in 2012, Jeanette has become a trusted liaison for customers, helping ensure projects stay on track and questions are answered with care and urgency.
What Jeanette values most about FormWood is the people-first culture and the strong sense of teamwork throughout the company. She believes FormWood’s leadership is deeply invested in helping employees succeed both professionally and personally, creating an environment where accountability, pride, and excellent customer communication naturally follow.
