Carleena Hodge serves as FormWood’s Accounts Payable and Administrative Assistant, managing incoming bills, office support needs, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities. Since joining FormWood in 2022, Carleena has helped support both internal operations and a positive workplace culture through organization, teamwork, and process improvements.
Before FormWood, Carleena worked as a Team Lead at Zappos. What she values most about FormWood is the people, opportunities for growth, and the balance between the flexibility of a small business and the stability of a larger organization. She believes the improvements made behind the scenes ultimately help create a stronger experience for customers.
I really enjoy working with the people on my team. Every day, we share laughs, work well together, and still find ways to accomplish what needs to be done.
