Inside Sales

Charissa Hubbard serves on FormWood’s Inside Sales and Customer Service team, supporting customers and the sales team through order processing, customer communication, follow-up requests, and helping projects move smoothly from quote to shipment. Since joining FormWood in 2025, Charissa has enjoyed applying her years of customer service experience in a role built around organization, follow-through, and customer support.

Before joining FormWood, Charissa spent much of her career working in customer service roles. What she values most about FormWood is the craftsmanship behind the product and the company’s personalized approach to customer needs. She believes FormWood stands apart because every project receives detailed attention and customers are treated like partners rather than transactions.

I enjoy helping customers, learning the products, and being part of the process that ensures orders are handled correctly from start to finish.

Favorite Wood Species: Monkey Pod.
Favorite Local Restaurant: Upland, Bubba’s, and The New Albanian.
Outside of Work: Charissa enjoys traveling, camping, reading, and spending time outdoors.
