Max Klein serves as FormWood’s Inside Sales Manager, where he leads the inside sales team and supports continuous improvement across quoting, order entry, customer outreach, and production coordination. With five years at FormWood, Max enjoys guiding projects from initial prospect conversations through final installation, helping customers navigate every stage of the process with precision and care.
What Max values most about FormWood is the experienced, collaborative culture. He believes the company’s strength comes from its long-tenured team and the close coordination between sales, purchasing, scheduling, and production that large projects require.
What I enjoy most about my work is seeing the full sales journey from initial prospect to successful installation. There’s nothing more rewarding than guiding a customer through detailed spec capture, precise quoting, order entry, and close coordination with Production on ship dates — and then receiving install photos that show the final result in their space.
