Uni-FormWood™ laminates feature guaranteed color and grain consistency and are surprisingly less expensive than their naturally imperfect, real species counterparts. These reconstituted wood veneers are defect-free, identical from sheet to sheet, and are offered on your choice of backers from paper to plywood.

FormWood Industries will source and splice hardwood veneer faces to meet your specifications. We work closely with designers and architects to develop unique, cost-effective alternatives to applying nature’s wood beauty to store interiors, elevators, lobbies, furniture, cabinets and casework.

Wallcovering sheets are available in a myriad of reconstituted veneer patterns. These two-foot wide sheets can be applied directly to sheet rock or plaster with specially formulated glue. Minimums may apply.

This natural wood veneer is color-infused (dyed) to meet your custom color specifications. Using an exclusive process, the natural tones are extracted from real wood and replaced with luminous color, while the rich wood grain remains. With RainboWood™ veneer, the color is always consistent and the veneer requires only a natural sealer or topcoat finish. Minimums will apply.

FormWood Industries is proud to offer everything that you need to create a complete panel, including a product that will prevent warping on laminated panels. FormWood’s Stabilizing Backer is an easily laminated, resin-impregnated sheet for use on the back of panels faced with veneer or high-pressure laminates. Ideal for furniture applications, it is readily bondable to particleboard, MDF, and other composite panels.

FormWood Synthetic Crossband is designed to replace natural wood crossband while offering advantages in uniformity, smoothness, superior internal bond strength and yield. It is superior to wood veneer crossband because of its consistency in thickness, density and moisture content.

FormBond is a high strength, high temperature, low VOC solvent-based spray adhesive for industrial use in a variety of applications. It contains no CFCs, is waterproof and dries clear.

Veneer scrapers are designed specifically for the bonding of veneer to a substrate. They allow more pressure to be exerted than a standard “J’ roller, ensuring a superior bond.
